The media could not be loaded. I use palm to make stews and other dishes. It brings out a different favor in the meat. Although its an oil but it does solidify but melts as soon as you put it in the plan and its easy to squeeze out of the bottle.

I bought for health reasons. I think it is good. I can take a teaspoon for medicinal purposes just fine. It doesn't taste great, but it's not that bad either. The smoky flavor is great to add to bean dishes and soups!
