Purchased and installed for 6 months now. Plumber recommended purchasing a new water softener online to save money. Definitely better price than even he could do. Plumber installed so can't speak to that except he had no installation or set up issues. Easy to maintain.
Missing "White Dot" on Program Wheel

This is my 2nd Fleck 5600 water softener. The had the first one for nearly 20 years. It is still working but I decided to replace it with a new one anyway. Follow the manual and you can install and startup easily. I give 4 stars because the program wheel does not have a "white dot" as indicated in the manual. You need to know this mark in order to program schedule for REGEN. I called Aplus Water LLC asking for help. The response from Aplus Water LLC was excellent. I give 5 stars for Aplus Water LLC Customer Service.
