It looks exactly as pictured. We got the black ( orange skull). I'm unsure of durability at this point where he's only had it a week or 2 but it seems to be a nice skate board. Bought this for my 7 yr old. (He's never skated before). The deck, trucks and wheels are perfect! It's solidly made and seems perfect for him, or anyone.
My only problem was the "super-soft" bushings. No matter how much I tightened the trucks, the board was too wobbly and the wheels would even rub the bottom of the deck when I turned. He's smaller of course, but the wobbly board made it nearly impossible for a beginner to ride.
The GOOD news it that it's an easy fix. I bought some firmer medium bushings for $10 and it was a COMPLETELY different board. Very steady. Still turns well. And can be adjusted to tighten or loosen.
So in summary, the board is great. It just needs firmer bushings. This is the only reason for 4 Stars instead of 5.

Good to see if your kid will like skateboarding but they will quickly need a new one if they take to it. My son is 9 and this is great for him. The problem is that as he goes to skateparks and tries new tricks the board just isn't holding up to normal use. The ends are cracking and chipping. Overall, good for an intro board.

These NPET skateboards are not bad, not bad at all. The wheels are soft so rough asphalt or pebble stone is not a problem. The trucks are ok and do their job, but grinds/stalls on curbs tear them up pretty quick. The hardware they ship with are short, so upgrades (pads, risers, new trucks, etc.) will required new longer bolts. The bearings are not the best, but far from the worst. The deck is standard popsicle with a good degree of concave. The wood is not the greatest and chips pretty easily on failed tricks. The grip tape is sufficient and has stood up to ollies, pop shoves, and kickflips without rubbing off, but it is flaking off on the nose and tail due to failed flips. The bushings are squishy and require a lot of tightening (and retightening).
All and all, these are pretty good cheap boards that little ones can learn on (and work on) before moving up to a pro board with a better setup.
