This little rack fits perfectly in my little Granite Ware roaster that I purchased for cooking vegan holiday roasts and other small roasts. We always have a field roast for the vegan members of our family at Thanksgiving and I was tired of lifting a heavy cast-iron roasting pan in and out of the oven when I needed to baste the roast. This rack keeps the bottom of the roast from getting too brown and dry. Winner winner Tofurkey dinner!
