Adjustable ankle weights were all I could get locally. They were cumbersome, loose fitting and kept sliding up my calves when I did leg lifts.

On Amazon i found just what I needed "” simple one-pound ankle weights. They fit my ankles snugly and are comfortable. They make leg lifts almost fun. If I want to increase the weight to 2 pounds, I'll simply order the 2-pound ankle weight. This is so much better than struggling with an adjustable product.
