Purchased this for my first backpacking trip. I wanted something durable, but reasonably priced (you know, in case I hated backpacking). I liked how the system fit together with the pot, similar to the big name brand system that costs waaaaaay too much for a novice like me. This was amazing! It is lightweight and compact, easy to assemble, easy to ignite, boils super fast, easy to use with the handles, and easy to clean. I couldn't tell the difference between my Fire-Maple and the expensive brands my friends had. Highly recommended!

I've been using a cheap box store "stove" for backpacking, but it took a long time to boil water. This stove, however, is everything it's advertised to be! Boils the water within 3 minutes or close to it, meaning I save fuel on each use. Compact enough to store in my car, or take along on a backpacking adventure.
