We used to have sea cucumber in restaurants only. Some of my friends recommended the sea cucumber from this merchant. Very fast delivery and fancy package. The dry cucumber looks clean and nice and looks bigger in size than you can see in the Asian markets. We added it to boiling water with some ginger slices. Boiled until it expands to about three times its original size. Added some oyster sauce and soy sauce for the flavor. It tastes so good, soft and juicy. Will definitely buy again.

I bought a bag of Wild Black pin Atlantic Dried Sea cucumber a few weeks ago. This is for a gift to my parent-in-law.
My parent-in-law grew up in north-east of China. There has been a tradition of eating Sea Cucumber for invigorating body during winter. My parent-in-law used to eating local (Dalian) sea cucumber before moving to the US. This is the first time that they tried with Atlantic Dried Sea cucumber. They told me that this type of sea cucumber soaks well and expands to more than a few times of initial size, easy to chew and taste better.
I am very happy that they like the gift.
