After being transferred to a few different CS reps, Amazon did end up give me a partial credit for the pool, essentially making the replacement liner free, which is all I was looking for, so I can get one for next year without any leaks. Thanks Amazon for ultimately comin through.

Initial Review: This is the second intex pool I've purchased through Amazon. The first one I bought in 2021 and it was great. Due to moving to a bigger space, I decided to upgrade this year. The pool was easy to assemble, is the right size. All in all, excited. However, after a day of it being filled, I noticed that there must be a pinhole on the bottom of the liner somewhere (we made sure the ground was clear of debris, leveled it out, and laid down tarps). I reached out to intex, in the hopes that I could provide all my order info and they'd send me out a new liner. They gave me the run around and wanted me to send the whole pool back. Draining and dismantling a 1700 gallon pool that you just set up isn't ideal, let alone paying a 2nd time to refill it, so I obviously didn't want to do that. Intex won't help, Amazon won't help. So basically, unless the defect makes your pool unusable anyways, you're SOL if something minor is wrong.

We are so thrilled with this pool. We have the 10ft x 30in. It took two of us under an hour to set up without any issues. We do have it placed in a paved area so it was level but we decided to put foam gym mats underneath and we are so glad we did. Makes it very comfortable underfoot. I have read other reviews about the filter not being strong enough but we found as long as you spray out the cartridge every few days and clean it, it's absolutely fine. The only reason I took a star away is because it did not come with the ground cover piece for underneath. Had to use a tarp instead. But overall, this is worth every penny.

Received item on time. Leveling the ground took 2 hours and two separate trips to Home Depot because I needed more styrofoam boards than anticipated. Took me another hour to put the whole pool together + the water pump assembly. I assembled the pool together on my own under 104 degrees (hot California weather) so I did take a few breaks in between. Filling up the pool took another hour and it reached half way. Will finish the next day.

-1 star because the pool set did not come with any written instructions, putting the black bottom piece onto the legs were not intuitive and took a while to figure out, and lastly the bottom plug where water drains out from the pool leaks. A little heads up, if you have never owned a pool before - just keep in mind it's going to cost you more than $98-$120 to maintain a10 feet x 30 inch pool. I had to buy foam boards which cost me $60-80, a water pump which was $50, chlorine tablets which is $6+, a cleaning pool set on Amazon around $25, a pool cover is $35+, and a chlorine float.

Needless to say this is a long term project and can take 2 or more days if your determined to place it on level ground and on something soft and sturdy.
