These gloves aren't for skiing or summitting Everest, but they're great for Friday night lights, fall nights, &/or Miller Lites. I wore the receiver gloves in middle school 20yrs ago, so I nostalgically sought out this pair & the quality is still great. In contrast, I bought a pair of Nike receiver gloves to wear while mowing....they didn't last the summer.
Great coaching glove

The gloves are great, they are warm and seem to be well made. I usually wear a large but the fingers were a little long so I might size down. The problem is everything fits a little different and you won't know until you try them on.
Solid Gloves

Classics. Well made, sturdy and warm. Leather palms are durable and grippy. Heavy enough to take the edge out of a cold wind. Use these for all purpose winter work, walking the dog, shoveling, even driving on those cold mornings.
Best coaches gloves on the market.

I've coached football for the past 25 years and am on my 3rd pair. I've tried cutters and under armor and nike but none are as warm or big enough. I have huge hands and Neumann's 2XL are plenty big... I have a light pair of liners I can fit in if the weather is dismal... but usually they keep me warm enough. This is the first pair I've bought that came with the finger and thumb that allowed you to text while wearing, I don't typically use that feature but it really doesn't affect their warmth.
