I ordered it on July 3rd (a Friday) and got it today, July 21st (a Tuesday). It did ship from China and was transferred to USPS in California, just fyi.
I got the Customized one (and chose the black pendent and necklace) with white lettering. Got something on the front and back of this to commemorate my dog passing unexpectedly.
It holds a VERY small amount of something in it. I was originally going to put his ashes in, but decided on pieces of some of his dog toys instead. I cut little slivers of his first toy, first nylabone, favorite nylabone, favorite squeeky toy, and his very last toy I bought him just a few months ago (this was a rope, so I took 3 strands of it, laid it with a couple strands of his dog hair, and wrapped it in tape, then cut maybe a 1/16 inch piece of that to put in. All pieces of his toys were that size or slightly smaller, just so you know how little volume this holds.
If you're wanting to wear it as a necklace, definitely suggest a jump ring so it'll lay flat. The chain seems nice enough and is a box chain instead of the cheap looking links.
It would have been nice if the whole thing was hollow so that you could fit more in it...that, to me, would make it a bit more worth the price. It's also a bit heavy for me to wear as a necklace, so, I'll be using it as either a keychain or hanging it from my rearview mirror in my car.
