Like most of the people I like chocolate. A lot. Hence, I do buy all kinds of chocolate, especially organic chocolate. I had high expectations for this product as it comes at a relatively high price.

Overall, it is a relative good product. The taste is not the greatest one but quite good.

My main objection is the discrepancy of the description on the bag and what is inside in the bag: On the front of the bag we read "Organic tart cherries and crunchy almonds covered in rich dark chocolate". So, I was expecting to have a thick chocolate bark having whole cherries and whole almonds. My expectation was in fact supported by the picture on the bag which is ---supposedly-- showing the content. However, the actual chocolate bark is very thin and only contains scattered small pieces of almonds and cherries. You can taste both (more the almonds since indeed they are crunchy and salty) but they are not as presented on the package. After looking at the back and reading everything, we read "Thicker than a sliver, thinner than a candy bar, with a bit of snap to it, every bite ..." buried among a long series of statements aiming to praise the praise the product by its own creator. When read there, it is not easy to fully understand that the product is not exactly as stated on the front. Therefore, my complaint is about explicit visual and written misrepresentation of the product on the packaging at the place that matters the most to make people buy it.

Although this bark is organic and quite tasty, I'm still waiting for the weight loss from eating eat. Got 16oz at Costco for a great price.
