I received my Fitbit about 2 weeks ago. I have been very pleased with it. It works well and has been a very helpful tool in getting healthier. I have actually lost 4 lbs which I am very excited about after gaining over 20 lbs the last couple years and not being able to lose any. My only disappointment was that when I went to put it on for the first time the wrist band came off and I found that the wrist band was broken. Fortunately, a friend had already given me a couple of replacement wrist bands.

This Fitbit is in excellent condition and works very well. It came in the original box and had original accessories. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars; the wrist band wreaks of cigarettes. I have scrubbed the band twice, and I cannot get the smell out. It's very strong smelling and gross! I have purchased a replacement band.

I got this a number of weeks ago as a birthday present using a gift card from my dad. I was going back and forth about it: "for only 40 bucks more the gift card I could get a more current version." But I kept to my budget and said "We'll see" (in a sarcastic internal voice). And frankly i'm loving it. It's useful it keeps its charge and does what I need it to. The box I got it in was nothing to vlog an unboxing about. Also, no user manual included, BUT googling the manual was probably what I would have done anyway. Return information was prominent and gave me a sense that there was thought put into making sure I was happy with the product. And I am.
