Good backboard once done. Happy. Says install is quick and easy, and after you have a suitable base, it is. But making the base suitable for mounting?"¦you're on your own, or maybe not alone since it suggests that you consult a structural engineer. I spent 10 hours making a base on my brick facade, 1 hour to do all remaining steps.

Thanks. We look forward to many years of basketball playing with this wall mounted basketball hoop and backboard. The directions were clear and easy to understand with pictures and instructions. Love the size of the backboard and the ability to adjust to different heights will be so fun for our grandchildren. Took just over two hours after reinforcing the wall mount area and getting a few items to do that. Look forward to playing ball with our grandkids. (Finished after dark so no chance to shoot around last night.)

We had a strong hail storm on the side of the house as this hoop - totaled roof, gutters and windows but this backboard was unscathed.
Docked a star because product came missing mounting hardware. Eventually got it from manuf., but was a hassle to get and had to reschedule install appointment with handyman.
