This has successfully stopped my snoring that was causing my wife to stay up most of the night. I was snoring like a complete animal and now I don't. It's a success!
Better Than My CPAP??
Patrick H✓ Verified Purchase•October 30, 2023
Hand down love this product.
Look I'm not going to encourage CPAP abandonment. But my sleep app that I use to monitor snoring doesn't detect ANY when I have this thing in. Another reason I know it works is I don't drool all over everything meaning my mouth is stayed closed at night. That is unheard of for me.
My only complaint, and this is likely a me issue versus an issue with the product. My teeth can be sore the next day, the bottom row especially. But I think that's because I have more misalignment there versus my top row. I suspect if I had braces in high school, my teeth wouldn't be as sore. But comfort wise wearing it during the night, I barely notice it.
I'm ordering the other size for my next one.

Best MAD Device I've used yet!
Danae Duby✓ Verified Purchase•October 15, 2023
So...I snore a bit, and because I'm a nice person and want my partner to get his beauty sleep at night, I started researching Mandibular Advancement Devices. Let's get one thing straight right now...they all suck. A MAD device is typically uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks, and ultimately, having to use one is the worst. HOWEVER! They WORK.
I have tried the cheap ones, my advice is: love yourself more than that.
I have tried the expensive ones. my advice: they work but are spendy.
I had a lot of success with the Zyppha mouth piece, except it's expensive as heck and falls apart pretty quickly. You have to take an impression of your teeth, and I found it made my teeth ache badly, even after the 2 week adjustment period. Also, I would pop my teeth out in the night and grind them on the hard plastic rims...yikes.
This mouth piece, however, is WORLDS better. It's a much softer plastic, but it holds up, so I can grind my teeth and not worry about damage to my teeth or the mouth piece. Secondly, it took almost no time to adjust. Now...I have used MADs before. The first time you start using a MAD, you will feel like it's the worst possible thing to ever happen to your mouth. I assure you, you'll adjust. The zQuiet took the least amount of effort to set up, it has the best results, and it is by far the most durable MAD I've used.
I think people give MADs low ratings because the adjustment period is terrible. You do get past it, I promise.

Works with some modifications
Ben✓ Verified Purchase•October 14, 2023
This mouthpiece stops my sleep apnea and snoring but it's not a permanent solution.
I had to modify it so that it didn't put all the pressure on my front 2 teeth. I cut 2 slits around my top 2 teeth so that it spread pressure across all of my upper teeth. It makes my jaw a bit sore in the morning and causes a mild TMJ discomfort/headache but it is worth it for a good night of sleep. My mouth can't usually close all the way either so my mouth gets super dry.
I've tried other mouthpieces that hold your jaw forward but they don't pull my jaw forward enough so they work. The ZQuiet does. The ZQuiet is also cheaper. I am still getting a CPAP machine but that process has been taking months due to how far appointments are made. The ZQuiet has held me over in the meantime and improved my sleep drastically. Would recommend.
