I've used this product for many years with my animals. So far, I have not encountered any animal mess (poo,pee,vomit,blood) that this wouldnt clean up! Right now, my household pets are 6 cats and a husband (haha)! Stains and smells, all gone!
I'm not sure it's rated for it, but it also cleaned up red wine from my white, shag rug and blood in the bathroom grout and rugs from my handyman hubby!
There is a bit of chemical smell while the product is wet, so if you're very sensitive, maybe mask or have a fan on. I have to do that sometimes, but none of my family or others that I know use this, have any issue with the smell!
