These herbs are so much more flavorful than regular dried herbs in your pantry. Of course, they are not as good as fresh, but they are such good replacements for times when you can't get the fresh item. I will either throw them in the recipe dry, or sometimes I will reconstitute in a separate bowl with a bit of water to bring out more flavor. My grocery store no longer carries these and I was so bummed when they did.

I love the "like fresh" flavor of this freeze dried dill. It's hard to have fresh on hand, with this it's always on hand. I make a cucumber salad with Greek yogurt, and dill is a key ingredient. Use just as you would fresh. Great!
