Easy to install. Took like 10 minutes, no problems. It took driving a few miles for me to notice a difference. Maybe car needed to adjust? But it definitely sounds louder and richer accelerating. I didn't notice a difference in gas mileage, but exhaust note sounds better. My '06 Honda Accord has never gotten more compliments lol It's a fun factor modification 100% worth the $

The quality assurance on it is non existent, before you install I recommend you wash it out and then leave it dry completely . One of the breather holes for the engine still has the metal they drilled out for it attached, inside it was filled aluminum shavings and my MAF sensor wouldn't go all the way down, dremel tool had to do a lot of work before I got it to fit.
The end result is nice though and it sounds and feels nice, I'm having trouble submitting the video of how it sounds.
***UPDATE***
It has set off the check engine light with a error code of P0171 which means vehicle is running lean, clearing the code won't help as it returns, I had to order a scanner to check the car daily to make sure it's the same code thats active.

Just make sure you don't have your 02 sensor going in backwards when you put it all together other than that I have ran it in my 2007 Honda Accord and have no issues made my car run a lot smoother over all!
