At first, I saw the size and was really disappointed. But then, I looked on line and saw how to use it. Dip a dry, food safe small brush into the powder. Hold it a couple of inches above your cupcake or other dessert, and just tap the side of the brush so that the powder evenly spreads out over the frosting. Oh my gosh, it looks beautiful and makes the cupcake look so classy! I made two dozen cupcakes, and I barely made a dent in the jar. There is still a lot of the powder left. A little bit goes a long way. TOTALLY worth it. People were amazed at the cupcakes!!!
