This makes excellent baked goods. I've made several different batches and kinds and the consistent texture is wonderful. I find I needs less fat or oil when using this product. Sometimes by half. That's another plus. Lower carb and lower fat. I don't even need to try another brand.
What's not to love? The fact it jumped $2 in a month. That's my only problem but I'll still buy it. Please don't increase the price any more.
