This Sionbiotext sterile lube water based lubrication gel provides good lubrication without any mess. There is no stickiness, mess, or clumping, while still providing good lubrication which lasts long enough for short term use, but not very good for long term use. The price is very reasonable as well, so if you are looking for a sterile lubricant that has no scent, and lasts a good amount of time, then this might be the one for you.

This is a decent water based gel lube. The consistency is fairly thick, which holds it in place. Against warmer skin, it will slide off, but only at extreme angles. As far as lubrication, it isn't the best. It's not bad by any means, and will suffice for most purposes. It cleans up nicely as well. For the most part, it can just be wiped away. It washes away completely with water as well. Overall, this is a good jelly lubrication.
Can also be used for home cosmetic treatments (ie radiofrequency devices)

I actually ordered this to use with my home radiofrequency device. It requires some form of lubrication so it can glide/conduct along the face. I had read that ultrasound type gels are popular for this use. This gel felt very comfortable against my skin and didn't irritate my skin whatsoever. However, I was surprised that the gel seemed to dry up rather quickly on the side of the face that had not yet been treated. I rubbed a little water onto that area, which seemed to reactivate it, but I was frustrated by that, especially since the product description seems to suggest that it doesn't dry up.
