This is her second halter. She out grew the first one. Very easy to adjust.

Good quality harness. Very solid and sturdy materials. There are other harnesses out there that are lower quality and start tearing/cracking pretty easily. Depending on the build of your dog, this can be very challenging to size just right. My dog does not have a big chest area relative to the lower torso, adjusting the straps to get the right fit, and allow my dog to comfortably walk took a lot of adjusting then re-adjusting. We finally got it down though.

I needed a solution for our heeler puppy constantly pulling on the leash. I've tried several techniques such as " make your puppy stop, sit, walk back 10 steps and try again, provide extra special treats, etc. None of those worked. Other puppy parents suggested the gentle lead that wraps around the pup's nose to prevent pulling. I'm hesitant to use those - and because of that, I'm afraid I'll use it wrong and hurt her. So, after researching several different " no-pull harnesses " I chose the Barkbay. I love this one for a few reasons. #1 - has a grip handle on the back of the harness near the neck.....I already have a harness with the grip handle and although I've never had to use it, so thankful it's there. #2 There are two clips - one in the front and one on the back - I attach her leash to the front clip when we walk to curb the pulling. When she wants to run or pull, this harness and the way the leash attaches to it, it prevents her from fully extending her front leg - it doesn't hurt - just annoys her and she slows down, Yay ! Now, after a few minutes of " walking slow ", I'll switch the leash to the back clip - for me, this is where the grip handle is necessary. I grip the handle, switch the leash position and continue walking. If she starts pulling again, I'll switch the leash back to the front for a few minutes. We've only had this harness for two days, but I'm happy with the progress so far. This was a great choice for the both of us. Hope this helps. P.S. We love the BARKBAY harness. We purchased a Large for our doodle and her weight is between 67"“71 lbs. fully extended to fit. The harness is of good structured, well made, durable and secure on her. The harness has good features: Optional leash attachments, easy to put on & off, comfortable material, well designed. We picked the pink camouflage and love it!

I ordered this for my dog. She is a small mixed breed. She weights 14 pounds. The harness fits her nicely. Thank you
