Nice inexpensive chair.

I purchased this chair for home office and gaming needs. The main reason I chose this one was that it's marketed towards us fa...ahh bigger fellas. It arrived timely and was in good shape, seemed easy enough to put together.
After a few months of use my only complaint is the seat cushion, see us fa...bigger fellas, tend to need a little bit extra in the padding sections to stay comfortable. Long periods of work or gaming I tend to have to add a seat cushion.
All in all the seat looks good, was easy to put together, was inexpensive and suited my needs. It may not be a perfect chair, but it does what it does well enough... 4 stars.

I ordered this chair last Christmas and by in large it's been a solid gaming chair. However, a little over a month ago I was reclining the chair and heard a loud pop. The back's positioning quickly started to deteriorate. I unzipped the cover (a great convenience) and inspected the frame.
The bracket that was welded to the support frame that held the chair to the base had broke. Looked like just a bad weld. I reviewed the terms of the purchase and contacted support noting that I fell into the 1 year warranty. I sent pictures to the rep and they determined that it did indeed fall under warranty and quickly sent me a brand new back.
The chair has been wonderful (although it needs a little more cushion in the butt, that's why the 4 stars) and the support was exemplary. Thank you, Vitesse, for a great gaming chair!

At first, I had an issue with the angler adjuster on the chair, it would not allow me to lean back at all without falling back completely to the 180 position. Messaged VITESSE and got a swift response, I got a replacement for free, and arrived a couple of days later. My brother says the chair is not comfortable but for me, it is very good! After a month of INTENSE use, it is still standing and working well, although it does squeak when leaning back, but I will just need to use WD40 on it to stop that.
