I purchased my usual size. Fit is good. It's a little too long for me (5'4"), but keeping it. The fabric is a good weight for fall/winter/spring.
Update: There are several different styles for this item. I first bought b_multi-blue. It has cuffs and a band on the lower edge. Really would look better on a taller person. Then I noticed style C, which doesn't have a band. I ordered it in black and love it. Just ordered two more colors!
This is not a sweatshirt, btw. Maybe another style is heavier, but the two styles I ordered are not as thick as a typical sweatshirt. I might like this better. Not bulky, but not thin.

I wanted something that I could wear somewhere when I needed something between a sweatshirt and a dress blouse. This is casual (but not TOO) and is something I slip on when going shopping, to the doctor or visiting with friends. It runs true to size and the material is of good weight and quality. It also washed up well in cold water on regular wash and dry with no wrinkles (very important lol). I'll probably order another in a different color. Definitely worth the buy. Seems like it will last well.
