They are a bit less bright in person but I actually prefer that, I love them but I will be honest the adhesive isn't great. I used additional adhesive to affix them to my old backspalsh, if I were using them.on the floors I'd use vinyl adhesive and maybe even a polyutherane sealer

Turned out well, used it to cover some damage in my cabinet. What makes this great it's tacky enough to stay in place and re-position yet not permanent enough to remove without damage. Cut easily with a pair of household scissors.
