Also this is portable and foldable, easy to store in the house (or office). When you need to use it, just unfold it and tight the spring up, boom ready to go. The intensity is depending on how tight the spring is, and there are three levels that you can choose from.
I've been using this for sit-up, push-up, and core twist workout, so far so good.Another reason I like this product is the material is synthetic leather, which makes easy to clean.
