This wild-caught snapper was so tasty! I seared it on both sides in butter, spiced with sea salt, black pepper, a little cumin, a little chili powder, and 2-3 cloves garlic (chopped fine.) At the end, I added lemon juice from half a lemon (I don't add it earlier because it will prevent searing.)

Ordered this snapper delivered. Arrived in perfect condition. No fishy smell and tasted delicious baked in a honey mustard marinade. The label on the store wrapping said wild caught, though I didn't see that designation on the Whole Foods website. Did find a bit of bone, but we always watch for that with filleted fish. Will order again.
