In the pictures I saw online there was a mesh netting storage under the handle. I got in contact with the US rep and he sent it to me right away. The cart did pull to the right when I first used it. I contacted the rep again and he helped me get the front wheel aligned. The Rep was very helpful and responded really quick to my email. Thank you to him.

This product assembled easily, is light and very easy to fold/unfold. Only current complaint is difficulty in adjusting the "alignment" of the wheels. Bigger worry is the long term durability. After only 3 months, I'm feeling more flex in the handle joints than I'd expect.
