- •◆DOUBLE SUPPORT-- Designed with 2 back panels and a double-layered front and back panel, the intricate construction aims to evenly distribute tension, offer medical-grade compression to reduce swelling following surgery, decrease excess fluids and help the uterus return to its before-baby size, while also flattening and smoothing the bulge of your incision.
- •◆CONVENIENT & COMFORTABLE-- Breathable mesh material can help reduce itchy skin as the incision heals, while also offering protection to the healing skin. The MOVWIN includes a hypoallergenic and breathable flap in the crotch, you won't even have to worry about the hassle of taking it on and off for bathroom breaks during the day.

A little long, but otherwise fit and squeezed me in perfectly
Lindsey Springer✓ Verified Purchase•October 13, 2023
I purchased this a week after my C section when I realized how much more easily and comfortable I could move around when I was using a binder or wearing high waisted yoga pants that squeezed me in. I waited another week to try this one out, as it didn't feel great for me trying to squeeze and shimmy into this with a fresh c section scar.
What I like about this:
- I can wear underwear under it. A lot of binders are advertised like you could wear them as underwear but after a couple times struggling to shimmy in and out of these kinds of shape wear to go to the bathroom, you quickly realize it's not worth it. This binder has an eye hook closure at the crotch which allows you to undo it to go to the bathroom. If you're still bleeding and wearing a pad, you'll want to wear underwear with this. It's much easier to wear underwear and a pad, unlatch the eye hooks and go to the bathroom, than it is to have to pull the other style of binders/shape wear that look like underwear all the way down to use the bathroom.
What I didn't like about this:
- I am 5'4, 120 lbs right now. I ordered a small. I thought I had a fairly long torso for my body (measuring from my pubic bone to my sternum is about 14 inches) but this binder is like three or four inches too long. If I pulled it all the way up, it would cover half of my breasts. So I found myself unzipping the top bit an inch or two and rolling it down. And for this reason, I could never wear it out of the house or under tight clothing.

Bought this product for a post abdominoplasty with liposuction procedure. This was one of the only compression garments that i was able to get on and off without my husband's help several weeks post surgery. It was also the only garment that was only slightly too long for my short torso - all the others i tried were ridiculously long. The compression is only fair after several wearings so i have ordered a belly board with foam inserts to help. The bra strap-like gusset is relatively easy to use, compared with others where the fastening is further back in the crotch and harder to reach. The design with no fastening directly over the surgical scars is very good, and the garment gives some compression even over the pubic scar which none of the wraps do. I am 5'1" 140lb and a size medium but the large fits perfectly.
Essential for post abdominal surgery of any kind

I ordered various compression garments for hernia repair and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery. I ordered different sizes and different types and this was one of my favorites. I ordered these in black and in nude colors, and in XL, L, and M. The M size was the best fit for me. I didn't measure myself post surgery or after surgery, but I'm 5'1" and 130lbs. I did not like the other sizes because they didn't provide that really snug feeling you want to have after a surgery like that. The L and XL were much easier to get into, but they wouldn't have provided the support I needed, loose fitting is not the point of a compression garment. These ones have a few hooks that go about to my belly button and then they have a zipper and the crotch was also hooked flap, much like unhooking a bra, that made using the bathroom much easier, and the reason that I didn't end up using any of the other garments that were just a panty style that had to be pulled down- after a surgery that extensive, you are not going to want to pull anything down that you don't have to. They have boning going down the sides, which I would have liked to have gone down further, but that's really a small thing that doesn't make me want to search for another type of compression garment.
My surgeon just casually mentioned that I might want to pick up some type of compression garment or abdominal binder for post surgery, but it wasn't a requirement and I think it should be. Abdominal surgery leaves you feeling very puffy and bloated, not to mention sore. The swelling and fluid retention before the drain was removed was very apparent, but after the drain was removed it was even more significant and very noticeable. When taking off the compression garments that were placed on directly after surgery by the surgery team, it feels like all of your insides are going to spill out, you will want to put on a compression garment as soon as possible. After the 72 hours of no showering was up, I had help taking a shower and while the water felt nice and I love the feeling of being clean, I couldn't wait to get it over with so I could put on my compression garments. It's been about 4 weeks since my surgery and I still am wearing them everyday, all day, sleeping included, except when I have to take a shower. My surgeon recommended that they be worn for about 3-6 months post surgery for the best results, but he also added that wearing them for 9-12 months after the surgery was a good idea as well. After going through extensive surgery like that, I have no wish to repeat it, so investing in compression garments and wearing them everyday for a year seems like a small price to pay.
As far as garment care goes, I have only hand washed them in lukewarm water and rinsed them in cold water and laid them out flat to dry. I didn't want to test their durability by throwing them in a garment bag and into my wash machine on the hand wash cycle, maybe when I don't absolutely need to wear them I will try that out, but for now, it's worth taking the extra time to hand wash them. Although, don't mix the black and the nude colors when doing this, the dyes that come off of them are very noticeable in the wash water, so just wash the nude ones first and then the black ones.
Overall, I really love these compression garments. I was happy with the fits and the colors. They provide so much support and are so comfortable that I don't mind having to wear them everyday. I loved them so much I purchased more so that I wouldn't have to hand wash them everyday. I would recommend these to anyone who is going to have surgery.

I was skeptical about buying this product because I wasn't sure if it was going to be tight enough. After my csection I needed something to hold my tummy in and this thing is perfect. It's comfortable, high compression and looks great on. Just buy it!
I am 5'3" and 160lbs and bought a large.

About a week after my tummy tuck, my doctor transitioned me from the Velcro waist compression to the full brief tummy trainer. Unfortunately, the one they gave me was super uncomfortable and very wide in the crotch area. I started searching for a better option that I can wear for long periods of time. I ordered a couple different ones to try. My first impression on this one wasn't great, there were some areas that looked like it was sewn inside out with the clean seams on the inside and the bulky part on the outside. Pulling it on was a little hard with my incision still not being completely healed and one of the seams came apart after the first wear. So I was iffy but gave it a try anyway. The crotch area was a lot more narrow than my doctor's one so that was a plus. The bottom back hits right below the butt so there's no hard cut panty line. It fits more like a longer boy short (think 50's bathing suit). I added pics in leggings to show that there's no panty lines. It seemed to be working out until I finally stepped out the house for the first time and walked around. I wanted to cry in pain! There were some very sharp, hard edges where the hooks are that started cutting me when I walked. I could literally feel it slice into my skin with every step. I didn't notice it before because I had only worn it around the house. As soon as I got home I got some nail clippers and cut off all the hard edges. That seem so the trick and it's been nothing but comfort since then. I am now 4 weeks post-op and it's my #1 go to. The other ones have become my back ups for when I have to launder this one.
