I use this tray to keep my watches, wallet, keys and other items I usually carry in my pockets as I step outside the house. It's placed on a counter near the main door and it looks elegant from a distance sitting there while also giving an organized look to the counter top. Upon closer inspection however, I wish the tray had ever so slightly better fit and finish. Stitching on the leather is great, but the leather folds don't come together well around the edges of the tray leaving some slight gaps here and there.
Lastly, for some reason, I assumed the tray will leave some marks on the shiny counter top if left unmoved for days - but gladly, that's not the case.

Ordered teo of these for my Dad and husband; one was nicer than the other, as the inside bottom of the tray was "puckered" and raised along one part of it. I know it's not leather, but I'd like it to be assembled well. The other one was fine. My husband says the one is good enough for $18.00, so he will keep it. I would not keep the next one if I ordered one, though. Otherwise, decent look and perfect for what they needed.

Didn't care for the scratch down one side. But it's sturdy and fits the bill. Handy for pocket or EDC dump. Keeps things from falling or rolling away from table or dresser top. Decent for the price.
