Bought this product for a post abdominoplasty with liposuction procedure. This was one of the only compression garments that i was able to get on and off without my husband's help several weeks post surgery. It was also the only garment that was only slightly too long for my short torso - all the others i tried were ridiculously long. The compression is only fair after several wearings so i have ordered a belly board with foam inserts to help. The bra strap-like gusset is relatively easy to use, compared with others where the fastening is further back in the crotch and harder to reach. The design with no fastening directly over the surgical scars is very good, and the garment gives some compression even over the pubic scar which none of the wraps do. I am 5'1" 140lb and a size medium but the large fits perfectly.

Update: 3 months post op and Im on my 9th garment. I started out with xxl (3 garments), then xl (3 garments) and now rotate between 2 large and 1 med. I would recommend to anyone needing compression garments. every body is different and yes it pushes excess fat up and pokes at times but thats gonna happen no matter what compression garment you get its just how compression works.

This one is perfect, bought 3 and rotate them out while the others are being washed since I have to wear them 24/7. I'm 5 weeks post op and will wear them for a minimum of 3 months. They are uncomfortable at first, but I think that was more just getting use to having to wear something and the swelling. Now I cannot go without them. When I forget to wash and have to go without while they wash and dry it is so uncomfortable. I washed and hung dry the first time but now I dry in the dryer and they have held up just fine. I've been wearing them daily for 3 weeks, since my drain was removed and they still look brand new even having to wash them so often. Love that the crotch has hooks for easy bathroom use.
