I used to eat fig newtons and they were great but these figs don't have all the sugar that fig newtons probably have. Sometimes I just can't eat all the portion size. My recommendation is to get a small bag of dried figs like this product before you go all out on a huge bag. Just try a little at first to see if you can eat them.
