This notebook was helpful during my first few weeks of inpatient medicine rotations. It helped me get my thoughts straight and allowed me to ensure I asked all the right questions (especially Review of Systems questions). After a while though, I found it cumbersome and no longer use it. May be worth the investment in the short term but not helpful if you're used to taking a good H&P.
