We had a large dining room table that we didn't want to get rid of but that we thought we would use more as a ping pong table. : ) This works surprisingly well! The masonite came not 100% flat but not enough of a curve to make it unplayable and the thought of attempting to return it with the possibility that a new one would not be better was totally daunting. Table works well, looks pretty nice and is lots of fun to play on!

We got this ping pong table last week. My 16 year old and I have played on it every night. It is solid and heavy. I recommend 2 people to put it on or off the pool table. It fit easily on our pool table. Balls bounce correctly. The one seam is directly under the net so if you hit it, it is a way low shot and the net would catch it so the seam is not a factor at all. We really like it and it is great for the price. Good product!

We were a little concerned about potential damage to the ping pong table surface during shipping based on several reviews. Our order was delivered in the midst of the Christmas rush. The table top arrived in perfect condition in spite of a couple of small partially collapsed outer box dents. The packaging is a box within a box which did an admirable job of protecting the table. We like the fact that the 2 halves of the table top are not hinged since each 5/8" thick half weighs around 50 pounds. We did place a support lengthwise under middle of the table as there is some sagging without the additional support for our regulation size pool table. A 3/4" thickness might stiffen the surface but would also add about 20% more weight. The net support is not fancy but very serviceable. The thickness and density of the table top give a solid ball bounce. The lines and surface paint quality was very goo. We purchased the table top during a sale are very pleased especially considering the cost.
