About me: I'm female, 27 years old, pear-shaped, weighed 173 lbs. at start, 5' 5". I wanted to lose weight for my wedding in July of next year. I began taking the GC on August 22nd. On July 15th, I completely changed my diet. I was one of those people who ate fast food, huge fatty lattes, bagels, fried food, everything bad constantly. I also drank very little water, and frequently drank soda. On August 22nd, I literally cut out all bad food and started exercising three times per week and was drinking lots of water. I felt healthier, but lost no weight over the course of a month, which was very discouraging. In mid-September, I ordered the GC. When I received it, I started taking it everyday, at the recommended dose. I took it twice per day, as soon as I felt myself getting hungry. I noticed a definite upswing in mood after I took it, and my hunger usually would disappear. Cravings were non-existent about 70% of the time. I found that if I ate a few Triscuits with cheese between meals, that held me over really well. I think I'm eating around 700 calories per day (I'm simply not hungry!)

So here's the amazing part. Since I received the pills 20 days ago, I've lost 15 pounds. Pretty remarkable for someone who doesn't have a LOT of weight to lose. I have maintained the healthier diet, and drinking mostly water, but my exercise has mostly stopped due to a busier schedule. The weight-loss seems to happen through a process of gaining momentum, I'm losing 3 pounds a day, now. The thing is, I can feel my metabolism working constantly. Hopefully it maintains; I know this journey has really helped me in watching my portions and eating when I'm actually hungry.

I recently caught part of a Dr. Oz rerun that was talking about the benefits of this product and how it worked. When I did some research, most people did feel it helped decrease appetite. This particular formulation was well-rated and recommended to help the body metabolize better.

I was still skeptical but figured "what the heck", I'd give it a try. Let me say right now that this DEFINITELY decreases appetite! I have been taking the suggested 2 capsules prior to a meal and have no appetite whatsoever.I have been taking the capsules for 21 days now. I still have plenty of energy and feel fine, just have no desire to eat and my belly is getting smaller.

I can't address the fat blocking claims but, if you want to cut your appetite and reduce your belly size, this product does what it claims and I have not noted any negative side effects. That said, I am also following a well known eating plan and the whole premise is eating well balanced meals and changing your eating habits. The two together seem to be a good combination.

So far this product has done exactly what I had hoped. It has been a struggle trying to lose the weight from pregnancy but this seems to have given me the extra boost I needed - will update on progress soon

Update: it's been a little over a week taking this twice a day. I'm down 2.5 pounds! This is not a miracle pill but did give me the extra boost I needed. Prior to taking this I did improve my diet (eliminating soda/sugary drinks, eating more fruits/vegetables) and I have been working about at least 30-45 minutes a day 5 days a week. If like me you are struggling to get the ball rolling this is worth a try

I've been using this garcinia cambogia pills for a few weeks now, and I'm very excited with the results. It has significantly helped me manage my body shape by curbing my unnecessary appetite and boosting my metabolism.

This stuff made my poo smell like rancid cabbage, and the smell was strong.. but otherwise, it does work. I was taking this in combination with a keto pill bottle for 2 weeks straight and then my appetite went down by about 90 percent so I was losing weight more easily. I also appreciate that these pills are smaller than my keto pills (which look like horse tranquilizers..) However, the rancid smell I was leaving in bathrooms was too embarrassing. I have to give up on these pills.
