- •This pin requires a hole of 1cm to be drilled into the handle of your knife. You simply need to use drill bits intended for drilling metal, which are capable of drilling through the steel type of your blade (i.e. hardened 1095 high carbon steel, D-2, stainless, etc).
- •Do not expose to excessive heat when cutting the pins (it will become damaged over 95 degrees celsius). Do not polish them too much.
- •Use only sandpaper for polishing. Use 1200 grit sandpaper for final polishing.
- •And last, use lacquer or oil.
- •Outside Diameter: 1cm (equal to 10mm) (approximately 25/64 inches)
- •Length: 10cm (4 inches)
- •The center of the mosaic pin is filled with epoxy resin.
