Full cinnamon flavor, but also with some added peppery (capsaicin) heat. I'm not a fan of the pepperiness so I won't be getting them again -- but if that appeals to you, then go for these. Compared to See's (my flavor baseline but very expensive) there are better alternatives but these are a decent price-performer.
