The lobster arrived on time and in good condition. I made lobster rolls with the purchase. They were good and close to what I get in a restaurant. Still a high price to pay for a lobster roll.

We were able to make 10 huge lobster rolls with the 2 pounds of lobster. The lobster was was delicious and fully cooked. We warmed ours in a pan for a few minutes then put the pieces in a bowl of warm butter before transferring the meat to a spit top roll. Such an easy fun delicious meal. My lobster arrived in a styrofoam cooler with ice but the meat was slightly thawed so I stored it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer before eating.
