Bought a Medium (36D, 140 lbs, 5'6") and it's a nice top. If you have bulges or a pot belly, (don't we all?) this may not be for you because it is more fitted. I personally wish it were a bit longer. Front and back are fine, but the sides curve up shorter, and I had to keep pulling it down so I don't hang out😩. Nice top though. If you're in doubt about the size, go up
