Excellent Product, Latency Issue with a mic

I bought one during the Pandemic, to broadcast sound from a Zoom presenter to a room full of people. I has ample volume for a 20-25 person room, the battery lasts for several hours, and I had little problem pairing to Bluetooth. However, there is a latency problem IF you are speaking to that audience and using a mic and this speaker to reach those in the back. There is a lag by the time the words go through Bluetooth to the speaker and it plays. It is fine as a "better" speaker for your laptop or PC. My son bought one to use while playing disc golf and playing music from his phone. It worked well, and is water resistant.

This definitely has base. The only thing is, you can't turn the volume up unless you turn it up on your device and then turn it down on your speaker and then you can turn it up but no higher than you turned up with your device, otherwise, seems to me to be a good speaker.
