Because our soils are so depleted now compared to our parents, grandparents days, it's absolutely essential to take mineral supplements. I almost didn't order because of lack of info related to what is actually in the bottle. I'm glad I did, but suggest more transparency and just show a pic of the back of the bottle, showing its composition.
