This Vicks NuQuil Severe with VaporCool REALLY, REALLY WORKS. As soon as you swallow it, you feel the vapors explode into your chest and your nose immediately opens up. It's like you swallowed an entire tin of Altoids. It LASTS a long time too ( if you don't dilute it with fluids) and lets you sleep at night without that hacking cough every few seconds. I couldn't find it locally ( sold out) and I was desperate to find it. Been struggling with a chest cold for 2 weeks and this is the only stuff that helped me at night to get rest. Don't hesitate...... once you try it, you'll never go back to regular NyQuil if you've got a cold.
