After I give myself a pedicure I like to apply moisturizing cream and one of these foot covers to allow time and the warmth of my foot to help the moisturizer really penetrate my skin. They work fine for this purpose. They are very lightweight and have a tab that you use to secure the liner around your ankle and then use the enclosed round stickers to keep it in place. There are 200 liners, so I suspect that I won't need to repurchase for many years!

I'm only using the thermal booties and the boot liners for now. I'm a women's size 8 and ordered the medium. The thermal booties fit fine but I can barely get the plastic liner on my foot. I suggest ordering up in size. Otherwise I'm happy and feel they both do help keep the heat in.
