I'm always in search of things long enough to work on me and there hard to find I'm only 5'9" slightly above the average and nothing ever is Long enough. Best of all doesn't roll or bend out in any weird places. I'm in Love with it I say. This is the third one I bought not cause they were out there still in great condition but because I want more on hand to trade out cause I were them all the time now helps my posture, gives some support to my back helps with achs and helps waist line by body contouring. Its a win win form me.

Trainer is good however it does stretch after time. You think you went down a size but it's just because the material stretched.

Wasn't sure if I should order my actual size or the size I want to return to; ordered the former (actual size), thankfully.

I want to start "waist training"; I guess I should train myself to waste the crap I consume!

I've read people say that proper waist-trainers should hurt and be uncomfortable. I pity them. This corset/girdle is comfortable as it keeps everything tight and in place. I breathe comfortably yet it improves my already good posture and looks good under clothing not to mention it makes my breasts look as they did when I was 18!!

This corset is more like a girdle and corset as it is made from brassiere material. I would not wear this one to the gym just as I would not wear neoprene and Velcro under my clothing when I go to work or out.

It goes on like a vest: you fasten 16 metal eye/hook closures. Then you zip up a thick hard plastic zipper (cannot be seen under clothing) and ultimately a hook above the zipper maintains a closed zipper, which is a really good addition. The rods along the corset are I guess made of plastic. It is really well stitched so hopefully I never find out by something impaling me!

I really like wearing this and I will order more so I definitely recommend this.

I am 5'2-3/4" (yes I am counting 3/4 of an inch!!) with a short torso (sigh).
The corset sits just above my top bikini line and wraps around the same length. It does not flip up in the front nor back nor sides.

My "Mommy pouch" is thankfully tucked away with no bulges below.

If I had to include negatives: 1) When I remove the corset my body is just as itchy as when I remove my bra. 2) Slight bulges on the back by my armpits, not noticeable under clothing. But that's it.

I hand washed the corset in cold water and drip dried sideways so nothing "dragged/pulled".

I recommend this undergarment for your everyday just not for physical activity; I'm going to order one for the gym from the same company, if they make one, as the quality is solid.

As soon as I received my Nebility corset vest I used it to go hiking.  I usually hike about 4-5 miles 3 times per week and the terrain is rather hilly.   I began my hiking routine only about 1 month ago after a long stretch of inactivity due to some long-standing, ongoing health issues causing fatigue and back pain.  As such, I have put on weight around my middle and I am tired of having the excess weight.  I began using your waist train 1-week ago and right away I noticed positive improvements.  

I purchased this "Nebility Women Waist Trainer Corset Vest" to improve my posture while hiking and to remind myself to keep my shoulders back, engage my core abdominal muscles, and to hopefully strengthen my back muscles and to not hunch over too much while hiking up very hilly terrain.  I purchased the vest hoping it would would assist me in improving my posture and relieve some back pain so that I could hopefully become more physically active over time and get the excess weight off around my midsection.   
I am absolutely thrilled with this product!  It absolutely has helped me re-train my core abdominal and back muscles immediately upon use, so I can feel more secure while exercising.  I found the waist trainer worked so well while exercising that I also began using it while working at my computer.  I work remotely from home doing all my research work sitting, hunched over a computer all day long.  This waist trainer has absolutely improved my sitting posture and reminds me to keep my shoulder's back and use my abdominal muscles to sit up straight and not slouch over the computer while working.  It has greatly improved my back pain and overall posture in such a short timeframe.   The product was also delivered to me within 24-hours.  

Cons for this product:
1. Fix the sizing chart listed on your amazon product page.  I am 5'3" tall, weigh 168 lbs, and have a 37" waist (as I measured 1" above my navel as directed).  According to your size chart, I should have purchased the 2XL or 3XL size.  I read the amazon product reviews and many people commented about having difficulty with sizing and having to return items purchased because of improper fit.  I decided to purchase the XL size and I can fit into it perfectly on the first rung of hook-and-eye closures.  It is very snug when I first put it on the trainer, but I am able to comfortably hike and exercise as usual with no difficulty moving or breathing.  The product stays in place and does not ride-up.  I love the adjustable shoulder straps and the overall length as it covers my low-back area and some of my pelvis.  

Now that your product has made me feel more secure during exercise and is improving my posture, I hope to slowly become more active and lose weight over the next 6 months.  I'm hoping to purchase another waist training in the smaller size (large or medium) as I slim down from exercise and continue to improve my posture over time.  This is my first experience with using any waist trainer and I would highly recommend this product to anyone having similar back issues and wanting to improve their posture while exercising and working!      

The product is soft and has all of the support you need or want. Love the lower back coverage also. I'm returning because I need a smaller size and I would like it in black.
