This is honestly a great faja/waist trainer I got a medium instead of large because I wanted a more tight and snatched look but it wasn't as tight as I expected it to be(I also did that because on some of the reviews it looked like they ran big but that's just how I viewed it)It could snatch you up a bit more but it has great back support and isn't that noticeable but yeah over all it's great the problem is more of a me problem but I honestly to recommend getting 1 or 2 sizes down if your like me

This is a really nice waist trainer ! It is super comfortable and provides full coverage on stomach and back. It really holds me in. I've been wearing it for 10 hours which I wasn't able to with other waist trainers in the past. I wasn't able to wear a pair of pants that I usually can because they fell off with waist trainer on !!. The reason I give it 4 stars is because of the material which is comfortable but not latex which helps me sweat more. So I was a bit bummed other then that it's great!! I reccomend

I ordered the 3xl bc i am 5,'7 weight about 200+lbs tried mine on the day I recieved it, and something was poking me in the back, and it was the metal wire when I took it off. The seams came apart on that one. I will be requesting an exchange.
