The unit works and I will keep it but this is the 3rd package this week from Amazon with crushed damaged contents. I never wright reviews but what's up Amazon lately with the damaged merchandise.

I first used it to measure the light in an existing facility to determine the amount of light needed for an addition. It was helpful.

I needed a way to calibrate my solar irradiance measurement sensor on a solar panel array and this piece of meter met my requirements. I compared this meter to a friend's very expensive NIST certified meter and it read within 2% or better of the NIST certified meter. That kind of accuracy is good enough for me.
