Best Syrup Ever

First time appreciator. Just received. Cool bottle. Pretty big. Included a sample bottle of blueberry syrup. Nice touch.
Historically not a fan of fancy schmancy syrups. Have tried a ton. Never happy. Too thin. No flavor. Have spent a ton of dough for sucky syrups.
Not one for delayed gratification. So I cracked the bottles and got out a big spoon to taste. OMG. D. Lish. Us. Hooked. Since we have veggie soup in the crock pot tonight, going to have to wait to have breakfast for dinner tomorrow night.
Tasted the blueberry sample, too. Teaspoon. So good it should be illegal. I tend to chuckle when syrup labels suggest using as a topping for ice cream. Laughable. Not any more.

My grandfather had a maple forest which he worked. As a toddler I rode with him in a house driven wagon to collect the tree sap. I drank more than a little sip of maple water, just not anything like that.
Then we went to the sugar shack and put our sap into a big covered vat. Inside it smelled like maple syrup, sometimes he'd pour some sap on a snow bank.
I would encourage anyone to try many different maple syrup and or maple candy.
I, for myself, like Tree-Juice syrup for the taste and look.
It's a lot of other maple syrup producers and different flavors, pancakes are just one way to enjoy it.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone who enjoys the pancake + maple syrup breakfast experience. Followed it up by making pancakes for them, of course. They loved it. Packaging was cute and effective with no damage. All the flavors we've tried so far have been great, but my favorite is the bourbon barrel maple. Sooooo good.
