I would give it 5 stars, but I took one off because the handles don't do it for me. I ordered the basket because I thought the handles were leather. 100% natural cotton is a good thing, so why not keep it all natural with a fabric handle? By the way, I don't like the rope handles, because they will quickly get dirty. But they are easy to change because they are knotted through grommets. I am already thinking of changing them out for a) something which will wash better, b) a darker color, or c) canvas would be a good choice, better than nylon, but the nylon is probably cheaper and comes in a rainbow of colors. I am also thinking about a braided handle using leather thongs. However, the handles on this particular style basket are attached, so I cannot change them.

I bought this as a small toy basket for my living room since I'm still in denial about the fact that my child has - indeed - completely taken over every facet of my life and am instead clinging to the delusion that I can maintain a mildly grown up aesthetic in my home. The fabric works perfect for that goal! The colors are neutral and soft, so the basket looks like it belongs in the space rather than standing out. The basket is a great size for toy storage, and I do like that I can pull the drawstrings and tuck the basket away when I'm rotating her toys in my never-ending quest to try to get her to actually play with them. My one complaint is the floppiness of the basket, which I recognize is due to its collapsible design. I just wish the sides were more rigid so it would maintain its shape more, even when emptied. Overall this does not impact the function of the basket one bit and I'm really happy with my purchase!

These are great; I purchased a few of each design and settled on the beige stripes as my favorite. Because there's no inside structure, don't expect to be able to lean large notebooks or other items against the side effectively. However, the drawstring closure helps to give a full box enough structure to be useful. I use them for everything from craft storage, to towels, to toys. These may be my favorite organizational purchase ever.

Looks exactly like the picture. Really nice and great quality. I'm so happy I bought this to keep below where I hang my dogs leashes (that I use daily) and fill with all her old/specific-use-only leashes and collars that I only occasionally use.... because the hooks were getting way too crowded! Great for any kind of storage that you don't want to show off, though, still with easy enough access. I got the beige with brown top and brown spots and it is really attractive. Which is great considering it's right near my front entrance! Overall very happy with this purchase and I think you will be too. Just (obviously) make sure the meansurements suit your needs and then you'll really like this!
