The media could not be loaded. Strictly through frequency you can alter your state of consciousness. I was first introduced to these bowls in physics class junior year of high school. This was one of the only things that fully grabbed my attention throughout the midst of the fog. The first bowl I received was bent at the lip and not useable, but I think it was because of the way it was shipped in an envelope and tossed around and possibly falling on the floor for it to be damaged is my guess, I would recommend that the company ship it in a small box. However, it was easily replaced and the replacement came the very next day. It's beautiful and the tone is perfect. I would not hesitate to buy this if you're trying to decide on one to buy. Well worth the money and investment.

I got one of the bowls without any writing. It's beautiful, you can really see the craftsmanship. I shopped around and watched videos and decided that a suede striker would be much easier to use than just a wooden one. I was right. I was able to make the bowl sing either on the pad or in my hand within the first five minutes. I cannot believe how loud it resonates, it's just beautiful sounding. For me the key to getting it to sing in my hand was to make sure I arched my fingers back far enough, to make a convex shape. Very happy with this purchase.
