This stuff walks a nice middle ground. I've tried at least a dozen different lubes and I have at least 2 other lubes I could be using one astroglide but that's in storage and I'm using this. Astroglide is like taking a bath in lube regardless of how little you use because of how watery it is but it does stay wet and slick. It also unfortunately has a strong plastic smell. This is my first time trying ID but I'll definitely buy more when it runs out this stuff is just a very solid overall lube.
