My kids got this for Christmas, the trigger/light feature was broken after day 2. Don't get me wrong, my kids are rough with toys at 2yrs old and 4yrs old. But really, how do you break the insides from basic play? Anyway, i'll be taking this apart to find the broken wire.

My 2 year old loves this! The extra price he wasnt interested in at all but loves the gun. It is a cheaper toy (let's face it almost all the toys now arent made as good as they used to make them!) so I'm not sure how long it will last for but its definitely worth the buy.
